Refund Policy
We appreciate your choice of Flawlesfit! Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you’re not entirely pleased, you can return your item for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for a different size.
Returns
To initiate a return, items must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. They should be in their original, unused condition and include all packaging.
How to Return
To process a return, please email us at support@flawlesfit.net to request a return authorization. After we confirm your request, carefully place the item back in its original packaging along with the return form, and send it to the address provided by our customer support team.
You will need to cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.
Refund Processing
We will begin processing your refund or exchange once we receive and inspect your returned item. Please allow a minimum of seven days for this process. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. We will notify you via email once the return has been finalized.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We advise you to check your order immediately upon receipt. If you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (in size or color), please reach out to us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Return Conditions
For successful returns, please ensure the following criteria are met:
– Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Worn, washed, or altered items cannot be accepted.
– Original Packaging: Returns should include all original packaging.
– No Damage: Items must not show any signs of wear or damage, unless they were received in that condition.
Special Exceptions: In some cases, we may send a replacement without requiring the original item back. If you are not satisfied with the replacement, both the original and replacement items must be returned to qualify for a refund. This is a one-time exception, and further replacements will require a return.
Exchanges and Returns
While we hope you are happy with your purchase, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to exchange an item or request a full refund (excluding shipping fees), please follow the return steps outlined above.
Return Time-frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery; items sent back after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Starting Your Return: To begin the return process, contact our customer service team with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, along with the reason.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. We recommend a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds: After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected, and your refund will be processed. The refund will go back to the payment method you originally used. Note that it may take a few days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
We will keep you updated on the status of your return, including whether your refund has been approved. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect this refund.
